Description

Lead technical development and system design for Mainframe technologies. You will act as the primary technical interface for client requirements and coordinate with offshore team members.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to prepare system design and documentation for proposed solutions.
• Perform impact analysis, design complex algorithms, and write COBOL code.
• Execute unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support functional acceptance testing.
• Prepare Mainframe batch flows and conduct system integration testing and defect reviews.

Required Skills

• 8 to 9 years of experience in Mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL and CICS.
• Proficiency with JCL, VSAM, and IMS.
• Hands-on experience with Easytrieve and MQ Series.
• Experience with Mainframe Utilities.
• Knowledge of ACAPS (Automated Credit Application Process System).
