Description

Lead mainframe development and application maintenance for legacy systems while managing distributed offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects involving distributed offshore team members.
• Maintain and develop legacy applications using mainframe technologies.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on expertise for mainframe workloads.
• Manage application maintenance cycles for existing mainframe environments.
• Act as a technical track lead for cross-shore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development and application maintenance.
• Expertise in COBOL.
• Proficiency with DB2.
• Experience with VSAM.
• Strong knowledge of JCL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of REXX.
• Experience with CA7.
