Description

You will lead and manage mainframe projects, mentoring developers through the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers in designing, developing, and testing mainframe applications.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle of mainframe projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure deliverable quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across mainframe COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and CICS applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in Mainframe COBOL programming.
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe DB2, VSAM, and JCL.
• Experience with Mainframe CICS in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of mainframe architecture and system software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
