Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through the full delivery lifecycle of complex programs.
• Drive technical execution using Agile methodologies.
• Influence project direction and technical decisions through clear communication.
• Manage program delivery within the insurance sector.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in mainframe environments.
• Extensive experience with COBOL.
• Deep expertise in IMS DB/DC and DB2 using standard tools.
• Proven track record in complex program delivery.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Background in Health Insurance or general Insurance sectors.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and technical teams.
