You will lead technical solutions development on the IBM Mainframe platform.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, and build solutions on IBM Mainframe.
  • Perform requirement analysis and implement code enhancements.
  • Conduct impact assessments and translate findings into defined business rules.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholder teams.
  • Mentor team members and drive technical process improvements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Expertise in CICS and COBOL.
  • Proficiency with JCL.
  • Experience with Db2 database management.
  • Familiarity with APIs, IBM MQ, and DataPower.
  • Experience working with Microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

  • REXX automation experience.
  • Mainframe migration or modernization experience.
