Description

You will lead technical delivery for mainframe modules and own the functional and technical track of the project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers, and engineers.
• Drive the delivery of a small module within a project, covering delivery, maintenance, or testing.
• Support the Product Owner or Scrum Master on work prioritization and task splitting from a technical perspective.
• Provide technical expertise in a specific mainframe domain or application.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of work experience in Mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL (L3 proficiency).
• Expertise in DB2 on Z/OS Application Programming (L3 proficiency).
• Expertise in JCL (Job Control Language) (L3 proficiency).
• Proficiency in CICS.
• Experience with VSAM.
• Familiarity with MySQL.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
