Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize mainframe applications using core technologies including COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and CICS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and CICS.
• Design and implement enhancements and modifications to existing systems.
• Test and debug programs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor system performance and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Mainframe COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and CICS.
• Proficiency in mainframe programming languages: COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CICS.
• Experience designing and developing mainframe applications.
• Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently or in a team.

• Experience optimizing mainframe system performance.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
