Lead technical execution across the mainframe software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into detailed technical system specifications.
• Create design artifacts including program specifications and test plans.
• Develop and review code independently to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Contribute to deployment strategies and go-live planning processes.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expert-level proficiency in COBOL.
• Strong knowledge of JCL and VSAM.
• Experience with DB2 database management.
• Proficiency in REXX scripting.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS.
• Experience with Eazytrieve.
