Description

You will own quality assurance and test data management within an agile mainframe environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute test data management to ensure high test coverage and appropriate data volume.
• Analyze complex requirements to assist the team in creating technical designs.
• Manage data profiling exercises and refresh data as required.
• Support change requests, unplanned data needs, and incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation and technical reports for testing activities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering or mainframe testing.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Proficiency in IMS DB, Assembler, PL1, or CICS.
• Experience with Micro Focus Unit Testing Framework for COBOL.
• Knowledge of data management and SQL skills.
• Understanding of deploying COBOL applications.
• Ability to integrate testing within Agile and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with intelligent data masking and end-to-end test data traceability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing self-service data capabilities via DevOps integration.
