Key Requirements:
✔️ 8–10 years of experience in Mainframe Testing
✔️ Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, Functional Testing
✔️ Experience in ERP / CRM testing environments
✔️ Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💡 Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to Java, DevOps (Git, Jenkins, Docker)
• Knowledge of Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with test strategy, technical analysis & production support
