Description

Lead mainframe testing efforts in a fully remote capacity. Coordinate testing activities with system leads, Subject Matter Experts, and DCS and CCS IT teams. Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while evaluating system impacts on all relational programs. Execute testing scenarios, review results, and track issues through remediation. Maintain deep knowledge of supported business areas, including their processes and touch points with other business areas.

Responsibilities

• Track issues through remediation and maintain business process knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe testing.
• Direct experience with Child Support systems.
• Direct experience with Child Care systems.
• Technical proficiency with DCS and CCS.
• Ability to document complex system impacts across relational programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
