Description

You will own quality assurance for mainframe applications using established testing methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application quality and performance through comprehensive mainframe testing.
• Execute testing procedures against mainframe environments.
• Analyze application behavior to identify and document defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Mainframe Tester or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, JCL, and COBOL.
• Proficiency in testing tools relevant to mainframe environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
