Description

You will perform testing on mainframe applications.

Responsibilities

• Test mainframe components using CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Analyze abends from spool and utilize debugging tools.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases for mainframe systems.
• Manage test data creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Handle tasks independently to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe testing.
• Proficiency in CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Strong SQL skills for database testing.
• Experience with testing tools like File Manager/File Aid, Xpeditor, Endevor, SPUFI.
• Ability to analyze COBOL and DB2 code.
• Experience with Quality Centre ALM or Jira.
• Knowledge of IMD DB/DC and CTD/IGNITE.
• Any Graduate degree.
