Description

You will perform backend testing focused on mainframe and middleware components within banking and payment systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing of backend systems involving mainframe and middleware.
• Validate and compare JSON and XML data structures.
• Design and execute test cases for batch jobs and message queues.
• Track and manage defects through resolution.
• Support integration testing and automation efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend testing.
• Expertise in mainframe and middleware technologies including MQ and ESB.
• Proficiency in validating JSON and XML data.
• Experience with Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with functional testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to perform backend validation via custom scripts.
• Background in financial services, payments, or banking systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Bruno.
