Description

You will manage mainframe testing lifecycles within an Agile environment, owning the end-to-end quality assurance process for legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to design test cases and create regression test suites.
• Execute JCLs in Mainframe, validate job status in spool, and run Mainframe DB post-execution.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, tracking stories to closure and producing test metrics.
• Update test strategies, review test plans, and maintain traceability matrices.
• Identify potential delivery issues and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of mainframe testing experience.
• Proficiency with CICS, JCL, and ISPF commands.
• Experience performing test automation using Selenium or TOSCA tools.
• Ability to manage test environments and design defect reporting formats.
• Experience working within Agile project methodologies.
• Proven track record of providing project statistics and quality feedback in stakeholder meetings.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation.
