Description

You will perform manual testing for payment and banking transactions in mainframe environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test cases for financial transaction workflows.
• Monitor and execute mainframe jobs to validate system behavior.
• Manage defect lifecycles from identification through resolution.
• Analyze ISO messaging standards to ensure transaction accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual testing focused on mainframe environments.
• Strong understanding of ISO messaging standards, including ISO 8583 and ISO 20022.
• Hands-on experience with TSO/ISPF, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Proficiency in mainframe job execution and monitoring.
• Deep familiarity with financial transaction lifecycles and message formats.
• Experience in the payments or banking domain.
• Proven ability in test case creation, execution, and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing using Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
