Lead testing and application development initiatives for mainframe environments while managing enterprise system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications for organizational systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and document technical requirements.
• Conduct technical analysis to resolve production issues and create necessary technological artifacts.
• Establish and enforce best practices for application development and participate in code reviews.
• Perform functional testing for ERP and CRM applications to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, database management, or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java application development and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Mainframe Db2 and database management.
• Proven expertise in functional testing for ERP and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with IT project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with organizational skills.
