Description

You will develop and maintain life and annuity insurance products within the Vantage Mainframe environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop new life insurance products, including Universal Life and Indexed Universal Life, on the Vantage platform.
• Maintain and update core mainframe applications using COBOL and DB2.
• Manage data structures and file systems using VSAM.
• Execute and monitor batch processes and job streams via JCL and SDSF.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Mainframe Vantage Programmer.
• 5+ years of experience with COBOL.
• 5+ years of experience with VSAM.
• 5+ years of experience with JCL.
• 5+ years of experience with TSO/ISPF and SDSF.
• 5+ years of experience with DB2.
• 5+ years of experience with CICS Webservices.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in life or annuity product development.
