Description

You will manage and maintain the z/OS mainframe environment, ensuring data integrity and performance for critical IBM z/OS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage IBM z/OS DB2 environments and handle day-to-day operations.
• Maintain data integrity and performance for data stored in IBM IMS/DB.
• Administer software replication using tools like IBM InfoSphere or Oracle Golden Gate.
• Implement and manage API frameworks leveraging z/Connect for Enterprise Edition connectors for CICS, DB2, and IMS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with IBM z/OS DB2.
• Extensive experience with IBM IMS/DB.
• Proficiency in operating within the z/OS mainframe environment.
• Familiarity with CICS transactions.
• Working knowledge of DB2 administration.
• Experience with IMS database structures.
• Experience with software replication tools (e.g., InfoSphere, Oracle Golden Gate).
