What's the Job?

• Develop, maintain, and support mainframe systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Utilize Job Control Language (JCL) to automate and streamline batch processing tasks.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage datasets, system utilities, and support subsystems like CICS, DB2, or IMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mainframe modernization initiatives and hybrid/cloud integrations.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience with Job Control Language (JCL) and Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS).
• Proven background in Mainframe Support and operations, including system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of system security frameworks such as RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret.
• Experience with TSO/ISPF, dataset management, and system utilities.
• Familiarity with batch scheduling tools like CA-7, Control-M, or similar
