Description

You will develop, maintain, and support mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Utilize JCL to automate and streamline batch processing tasks.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning strategies.
• Manage datasets, system utilities, and support subsystems like CICS, DB2, or IMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mainframe modernization and hybrid/cloud integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with JCL and Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS).
• Proven background in Mainframe Support and operations, including system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of system security frameworks such as RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret.
• Experience with TSO/ISPF, dataset management, and system utilities.
• Familiarity with batch scheduling tools like CA-7, Control-M, or similar.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CICS, DB2, or IMS subsystems.
