Key Skills: Mainframe, z/OS (MVS), JES2, JES3, SMP/E, RACF, JCL, VSAM, DB2, COBOL, Mainframe Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and support z/OS (MVS) mainframe environments.
• Manage batch job scheduling and execution using JES2/JES3.
• Perform software installation, maintenance, and upgrades using SMP/E.
• Administer RACF security, user access, and permission management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support change management, system maintenance, and release activities.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Experience Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in Mainframe z/OS systems programming or administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with z/OS (MVS), JES2/JES3, SMP/E, and RACF.
• Knowledge of JCL, VSAM, DB2, and COBOL for production support and troubleshooting.
• Experience in system monitoring, software maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
