Key Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis, design, and coding within mainframe environments using Cardbase
• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL and JCL
• Produce written design documents, test plans, and test results
• Manage, develop, integrate, and implement application components including server-side development and database integration
• Conduct planning, analysis, and forecasting activities for project tasks
• Collaborate with vendors and team members to ensure feature functionality and quality
• Provide technical leadership and/or guidance to other team members as needed

Required Skills

• COBOL, JCL
• IMS DB/DC, CICS, VSAM
• DB2, MQ Series
• File-Aid or InSync, Xpediter, ENDEVOR
• Cardbase and Debit Card payment processing knowledge
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data networks and web security
• Project management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
