Description

Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL in an IMS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform new development in COBOL, adding features and functionality to existing systems.
• Operate within an IMS environment for data management and processing.
• Use ISPF and TSO for mainframe development tasks and system interaction.
• Manage code and versions using GitHub.
• Utilize Jira for task tracking and project management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Mainframe/COBOL development.
• Senior-level proficiency in COBOL programming.
• Strong knowledge of IMS (Information Management System).
• Hands-on experience with ISPF and TSO.
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control.
• Experience with Jira for project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
