Description

You will develop and maintain corporate maintenance standards, auditing existing manufacturing plants and building maintenance organizations for new sites.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing manufacturing plants to evaluate and implement corporate maintenance standards.
• Build maintenance organizations from the ground up at new manufacturing plants.
• Set up Condition Based Maintenance (CbM) programs to convert calendar-based strategies.
• Guide customers to business requirements and scope, budget, schedule, and deliver corporate standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in a Maintenance/Facilities department within a Manufacturing Plant.
• Proficiency in operating a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Experience maintaining Preventative Maintenance Schedules and planning work/activities.
• Troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and supervising trades.
• Experience running installation projects (budget, safety, schedule).
• Strong working knowledge of Maximo (CMMS) to support administrators.
• Experience with Smart sensors and evaluating their uses.
• Familiarity with Industrial automation, including PLC, OPC, SCADA, Historian.
• Strong understanding of Maintenance measures and metrics.
