Develop and maintain corporate maintenance standards for manufacturing plants and building facilities.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Audit existing manufacturing plants to evaluate and implement corporate maintenance standards.
• Build maintenance organizations from the ground up at new manufacturing sites.
• Set up Condition Based Maintenance (CbM) programs to replace calendar-based strategies.
• Guide customers on business requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and corporate standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in a Maintenance/Facilities department within a Manufacturing Plant.
• Proficiency in operating a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), specifically Maximo.
• Experience maintaining Preventative Maintenance Schedules and planning work activities.
• Troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and supervising trades.
• Experience running installation projects including budget, safety, and schedule management.
• Familiarity with Industrial automation, including PLC, OPC, SCADA, and Historian systems.
• Strong understanding of maintenance measures and metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Smart sensors and evaluating their uses.
