Description

You will own the electrical maintenance and machine setup for the Battery department, focusing on increasing operational availability through technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair electrical systems, including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, and servo drives.
• Write, program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC logic, robotics, cameras, and other electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair safety systems, machine components, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Execute machine integration into mass production, including leveling, adjustment, and quality conformation.
• Support capital projects from planning through start of production and participate in machine production trials.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of industrial experience in maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, including building logic from scratch and modifying existing programs.
• Hands-on experience with electrical circuit troubleshooting, relay logic, and switch status.
• Ability to use meters for voltage, meg, and ohm checks.
• Experience troubleshooting servo motors, robotics, cameras, and safety circuits.
• Knowledge of NFPA79 and ISO standards for equipment safety certification.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (including Japan) for technical observations and meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic system repair.
• Background in project planning and machine integration.
