Description

Lead maintenance operations and technical teams within a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Direct large equipment installations and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive technical team development.
• Execute budgetary and strategic management for the maintenance department.
• Ensure all operations comply with OSHA standards and safety regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in process improvement and problem resolution.
• Experience managing large-scale equipment installations.
• Proficiency in strategic management and departmental budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance.
• Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and complex problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean methodology or Toyota Production System.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
