Description

You will repair and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment on a Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, and pneumatic tools.
• Service conveyor systems and aluminum extrusion production machines.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing machinery involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams to resolve mechanical issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting complex machinery.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems.
• Proven ability to repair heavy equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Trade school certification or an Associate degree.
• Knowledge of AC & DC drives.
• Experience with routine maintenance on hydraulic systems such as Oil Gear, Rex Roth, Racine, or Vickers.
