Description

You will manage all maintenance activities, repair schedules, and regulatory compliance for the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to drive performance and professional development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory levels, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and maintained for audit readiness.
• Oversee safety protocols to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management.
• Valid Millwright or Electrician license.
• Proven supervisory experience, preferably within the food industry.
• Experience using CMMS software.
• Knowledge of automation and lean manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, CFIA, and WHMIS regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
