Oversee maintenance operations, team performance, and equipment reliability in a food industry environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities, repair schedules, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to drive performance.
• Implement process improvements to increase equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and audit documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management.
• Valid Millwright or Electrician license.
• Proven supervisory experience in the food industry.
• Experience working with CMMS.
• Knowledge of OSHA, CFIA, and WHMIS regulations.
• Familiarity with automation and lean manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in lean manufacturing process implementation.
