Description

You will lead maintenance operations at a dairy manufacturing facility, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and production continuity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians to ensure activities meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Develop and manage the preventative maintenance program using a CMMS.
• Lead troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and utility systems to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets for cost control.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance work orders to support production continuity.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms.
• Understanding of dairy processing equipment and sanitation standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational results.
