Description

You will lead maintenance operations and technical teams within a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support line changeovers and equipment upgrades.
• Lead safety and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and equipment installations.
• Proven ability in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Solid understanding of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
