Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and daily activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to drive performance and professional development.
• Implement process improvements to increase equipment efficiency and operational reliability.
• Oversee budgets, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management.
• Valid Millwright or Electrician license.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS software.
• Proficiency with OSHA, CFIA, and WHMIS safety regulations.
• Familiarity with automation and lean manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead and manage technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
