Description

You will maintain luxury apartment communities in Aberdeen, SD. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and household appliances. You will perform hands-on repairs involving basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. You will assist with seasonal snow removal duties. You will respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation. You will communicate effectively with residents to provide customer service.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of HVAC system troubleshooting and appliance repair.
• Possession of your own basic tools.
• Valid South Dakota driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• HVAC certification.
