Description

You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment within an industrial environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including boilers, steam, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance on chillers, air compressors, pneumatic systems, and injection presses.
• Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals to perform repairs and installations.
• Operate hand and power tools to clean, repair, and replace equipment parts.
• Coordinate with the production team regarding repairs and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with parts inventory and reporting.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with fabrication, HVAC, and PLC.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Two-year "Long certificate" from an accredited college (60 semester credit hours or 90 quarter credit hours) in Mechanical Concepts, Analog Controls, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Pneumatics, Industrial Electrical, Industrial Electronics, Hydraulics, Welding and Fabrication, HVAC, PLC, or Plumbing.
• Flexibility to work odd hours and weekends with little to no notice.
