Description

You will install, modify, repair, and troubleshoot chemical processing and facility equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Preventative Maintenance Program and manage Monitoring and Measuring Devices.
• Lead engineering improvement construction projects with defined scope and schedule.
• Perform component rebuilds, calibrations, and valid leak checks on gas and fluid systems.
• Review and update Work Instructions and recommend maintenance intervals based on repair data.
• Write Purchase Requisitions for spare parts and maintain inventory levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in chemical or fluid systems industries.
• Strong understanding of gas (pressure) system component theory and operation.
• Ability to read and construct from P&IDs or engineering drawings.
• Basic skills in electronics, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience with tube bending and general maintenance tasks.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Ability to medically pass respiratory and physical tests for tight-fitting respirators.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with SCBA and fully encapsulated (Level A) ER suits.
• Active participation in emergency response teams.
