Description

Maintain and service production and R&D machinery across two site locations in Gaithersburg, MD.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, including lubrication, seal changes, oil refills, belt replacements, and alignment tests.
• Perform instrument calibrations as required by the PM schedule.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Install new equipment and fabricate basic components such as brackets and frames.
• Coordinate maintenance interfaces with third-party providers and manage facility maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using CMMS.
• Ability to fabricate basic equipment like frames and brackets.
• Experience with machinery installation and calibration.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent level of education.
