Description

You will maintain and troubleshoot industrial plant infrastructure and machinery in Leominster, MA, owning the operational continuity of essential equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant shutdowns and restarts to ensure continuous operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and robotic systems.
• Interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics to perform accurate repairs.
• Maintain essential plant equipment including towers, chillers, dryers, and pumps.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and robotic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Experience with plant infrastructure such as chillers, dryers, and pumps.
• Competence in applying mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintenance protocols.
• Strong logical approach to troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
