Description

Maintain luxury apartment communities in Jamestown, ND, performing hands-on repairs and managing on-site upkeep.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and household appliances.
• Assist with snow removal tasks as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.
• Manage multiple maintenance tasks while staying organized to meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of HVAC system troubleshooting and appliance repair.
• Valid North Dakota driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ownership of basic personal tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• HVAC certification.
