Description

You will diagnose and repair machinery, manage tools and inventory, and execute facility projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for automation equipment, including inspection, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues using diagnostic tools.
• Replace faulty components and manage inventory for critical spare parts.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to review system specifications and suggest reliability improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and equipment performance history.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in automation or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with PLCs, HMI systems, and robotics.
• Hands-on experience maintaining automated systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
