Description

You will maintain and repair production and plant support equipment to ensure operational continuity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Maintain filling, conveying, packaging, palletizing, and auxiliary systems.
• Fabricate replacement parts using machinist measuring tools.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals for repairs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to program Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
• Experience with welding and mechanical fabrication.
• Competency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
• Proven track record of safety and attendance.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in food or beverage production environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
