Description

You will maintain and repair production equipment, including CNC machines and robotic welders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain CNC machines, robotic welders, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update maintenance schedules.
• Install and modify new machinery for optimal performance.
• Fabricate machine components and ensure safety compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CNC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshooting expertise with PLC programming and HMI controls.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and machine diagrams.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and calibration techniques.
• Computer literacy for system updates and maintenance tracking.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
