Description

You will manage maintenance and repairs for luxury apartment communities in Moorhead.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs involving basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and various household appliances.
• Assist with property snow removal as required.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies while on-call.
• Maintain organized workflows to meet repair deadlines and service requests.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Troubleshooting and repair skills for HVAC systems and appliances.
• Valid MN driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between properties.
• Ownership of basic maintenance tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for resident interaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• HVAC certification.
