Description

You provide end-to-end management and technical support for complex networking problems on the hosted platform.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the hosted environment and execute corrective actions to maintain stability.
  • Diagnose server, network alerts, and hardware/software system-level problems.
  • Replicate customer issues in a lab environment to test fixes with engineering teams.
  • Manage the full incident and ticket lifecycle from detection to resolution.
  • Set up infrastructure and create technical knowledge articles for the team.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures.
  • Advanced routing and switching skills including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and L3 VPN.
  • Strong knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite, IPSec VPN, SSL-VPN, NAT, and GRE.
  • Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls (NGFW), anti-virus, intrusion detection, and content filtering.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience with perimeter, endpoint, web, and email security.
  • Understanding of security logs, vulnerabilities, CVEs, and threat maps.
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies and common information architecture frameworks.
  • Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

  • Versa certification (SD-WAN Associate or SD-WAN Specialist).
  • Experience with SIEM administration (ArcSight, QRadar) and log source onboarding.
  • Ability to write Bash or Python scripts.
