You provide end-to-end management and technical support for complex networking problems on the hosted platform.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the hosted environment and execute corrective actions to maintain stability.
- Diagnose server, network alerts, and hardware/software system-level problems.
- Replicate customer issues in a lab environment to test fixes with engineering teams.
- Manage the full incident and ticket lifecycle from detection to resolution.
- Set up infrastructure and create technical knowledge articles for the team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures.
- Advanced routing and switching skills including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and L3 VPN.
- Strong knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite, IPSec VPN, SSL-VPN, NAT, and GRE.
- Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls (NGFW), anti-virus, intrusion detection, and content filtering.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with perimeter, endpoint, web, and email security.
- Understanding of security logs, vulnerabilities, CVEs, and threat maps.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies and common information architecture frameworks.
- Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Versa certification (SD-WAN Associate or SD-WAN Specialist).
- Experience with SIEM administration (ArcSight, QRadar) and log source onboarding.
- Ability to write Bash or Python scripts.
