Description

You will provide Level 2 managed support for the Dhaka Metro 1 project, ensuring continuity of critical railway infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IP networking, telephony, and security access control systems.
• Support metro operations through technical troubleshooting and routine system maintenance.
• Ensure high availability and service continuity for all critical infrastructure components.
• Operate on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a minimum of two years.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical support or managed services.
• Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within railway environments, preferably in metro operations.
• Degree in Engineering.
• Cisco certification.
• Proficiency in IP networking.
• Proficiency in telephony systems.
• Proficiency in security access control systems.
