Description

Design and implement trade compliance solutions using Oracle Global Trade Management. Configure GTM modules for sanctions, landed cost, and customs filing. Analyze IT systems for regulatory violations and execute full testing lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for Sanctions/Embargoes, Trade Compliance, and Restricted Party Screening.
• Configure Oracle GTM modules including License Management, Landed Cost Management, and Customs for AES/Customs filing.
• Analyze IT systems to identify violations regarding EAR, ITAR, Dual-use, and other US Trade Compliance regulations.
• Develop POCs, document US Trade Compliance regulations, and propose strategic solutions using Oracle GTM and Oracle Transportation Management.
• Execute full testing lifecycles including Unit, SIT, UAT, BAT, and End-to-End testing with Oracle ERP.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in Trade Management.
• Expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) modules.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (EBS-r12/11i).
• Proven ability to design solutions for Sanctions, Embargoes, and Restricted Party Screening.
• Experience delivering data migration rules and business rules for global trade.
• Technical proficiency in managing Landed Cost Estimation and Free/Preferential Trade Agreements.
• Ability to manage defects and system enhancements using Rally.
