Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of advanced analytical models and Generative AI applications to drive data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and GenAI applications to uncover patterns in complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable analytical models.
  • Build visual dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing analytics methodologies to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Mentor junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or Generative AI.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL (or Google BigQuery).
  • Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Llama), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and vectorization.
  • Strong background in quantitative modeling, predictive analytics, text analytics, and forecasting.
  • Experience with supervised learning (regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting) and unsupervised learning (clustering, PCA, anomaly detection).
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work with product, transaction, and customer-level data within Retail, CPG, or Tech industries.
  • Strong skills in data management, structuring, and harmonization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with prescriptive analytics, including optimization and simulation modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of Reinforcement Learning techniques.
