Description

Lead delivery execution, people management, and financial oversight for software services programs using globally distributed teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery setup, execution, and financials for assigned software service workstreams to achieve business outcomes.
• Lead people management for team members, including track leads, scrum masters, and product owners.
• Partner with stakeholders and clients to drive adoption of agile methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, manage backlog prioritization with product owners, and remove team impediments.
• Track delivery metrics including velocity, burn down charts, cycle time, lead time, and QA metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile delivery and program management.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Scrum with XP, Kanban, and Scrumban.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Xplanner, Confluence, RTC, TFS, and Rally.
• Experience managing mid-sized, globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of backlog grooming, story estimation, and Definition of Done/Ready.
• Ability to manage pre-sales contributions and work with legal and operations for compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of engineering best practices including CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, BDD, DDD, and trunk-based development.
• Familiarity with XP, refactoring, and clean code patterns.
