Lead delivery teams implementing mission-critical airline operations products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage technical and business consultants to drive high performance.
• Conduct project reviews and provide strategic guidance for on-time, on-budget deployment.
• Define and standardize best practices and tools for product implementation.
• Negotiate project scope changes and manage client expectations with stakeholders.
• Manage budget forecasting, utilization tracking, and mitigate delivery risks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Product Delivery.
• 3+ years in a management role overseeing delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of airline operations, specifically Crew Management, Flight Planning, or Operational Control Systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software implementations ($1M+).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of Crew operations.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a related technical or business field.
• Prior hands-on experience implementing enterprise software from vendors like CAE, Sabre, or Jeppessen.
